We are registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Office of the MARA) in Australia, authorising us to provide migration advice. We operate under a strict Code of Conduct administered by MARA, ensuring professional conduct. Where migration agents are only subject to MARA guidelines, our lawyers are also subject to the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld), meaning you have the right to legal professional privilege and confidentiality. Our lawyers regularly participate in professional courses to update and expand their knowledge of the migration regulations and policy, meaning we will keep you informed of any changes to the law.
